Our main number is (919)467-3203.
-To make an appointment, select Option #2 and the Option #1 from our automated answering machine system.
-If you are calling to get an immediate appointment, select Option #3 and then Option #1 to speak to a nurse about your symptoms and being seen immediately.
-There are other options to obtain prescription refills or speak to our business office regarding your account.

Emergencies and After-Hours Care
Should a patient be in severe distress and not able to reach us, they should immediately go to the nearest emergency room at their local hospital. Our physicians have privileges at all the area's major hospitals including Western Wake Medical Center, Rex Hospital, and Wake Medical Center. Our physicians rotate on-call hours with a Urology Call Group. When calling our office after hours, you will be given the option to leave a message for non-urgent inquiries or an option to reach one of the on-call physicians immediately.

Financial Policies and Procedures
It is our desire to help our patients receive medical insurance benefits. We participate and will file most insurances for billing purposes. We do have a financial policy all new patients are required to review and sign that explains our billing practices. Patients without insurance or who present themselves without an insurance card must sign an agreement of responsibility to pay their charges themselves at the time of service but we will file with their insurance as soon as they provide us with the proper information. We do arrange payment plans for those patients receiving noncovered or elective treatments or those with large balances.
